Return and Exchange
Return Window / Period
We have a 30-day for returns or exchanges from the order's delivery date.
Return & Exchange in the following cases:
- The product must be unworn and in its original condition.
- The product must not be damaged by your side.
- The product tags must be placed.
- The product was damaged in shipping.
- The customer received the wrong product.
- Report any defect or damaged products with proof of image or video.
Non-returnable and refundable:
- Personalized or customized products cannot be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances.
Shipping Cost
We bear the shipping cost for returning item. However, please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Note as well that the customer has to bear the returning shipping cost.
How do we exchange?
To exchange an item, place a new order and return the item you wish to replace it with and contact us at support@zafashioncloud.com
How to return?
- Before returning the item contact us at support@zafashioncloud.com , and our designated representative will send you return instructions.
- Mention your name, email address, and order number/id. Our sales representative will get back to you within 24 working hours to serve you in the best possible way.
